Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Cap City Injury Attorneys collects, uses, shares, and protects information submitted through capcityinjuryattorneys.com.

Information we collect
Information you submit. When you use our forms (Free Case Review, pre-qualification, or contact) we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your potential legal matter, along with the consent record (the consent language shown to you and the date/time you submitted it).
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in server logs for security, abuse prevention, and to operate the site. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not sell your personal information. Some third-party features embedded in the site (listed below) do receive your IP address and browser information as a technical necessity of loading.
Cookies & third-party embeds
The website itself sets only the cookies needed to function, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. However, the following third-party features are embedded in our pages, and each may set its own cookies or local storage and will receive your IP address and browser type when it loads:
- Answering Legal: the live-chat widget, on every page. Anything you type into the chat is transmitted to and processed by Answering Legal.
- Elfsight: the Google reviews widget on our home page and our reviews page. It loads our public Google reviews from Elfsight's servers.
- Google Maps: the office-location map on our contact page, embedded from Google.
- Cal.com: the appointment-booking widget on our contact page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though these embedded features may not.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your potential case, and follow up.
- To send communications about your matter or inquiry (see consent below).
- To operate and secure the website and detect abuse.
- To comply with legal and professional obligations.
Service providers (sub-processors)
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as needed to operate, with providers contractually bound to protect it. Our current providers include:
- Vercel: website hosting and server logs.
- Resend: delivery of lead/inquiry notification emails to the firm.
- Answering Legal: live chat and call/text answering service.
- Elfsight: the Google reviews widget embedded on our home and reviews pages.
- Google: the Maps embed showing our office location.
- Cal.com: appointment scheduling.
- A CRM / lead-routing provider (when enabled): secure receipt and storage of your inquiry so the firm doesn't lose it.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and as necessary to provide legal services if you become a client.
Communications & consent
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you authorize us to contact you — including by call and text, which may use automated technology — about your potential claim. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, request a copy, correct it, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email info@capcityinjuryattorneys.com or call (512) 612-3110. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data retention & security
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
